Provision and delegate administrator accounts restricted to specific academic years and departments. Scoped admins can only view, edit, and process students and exam papers within their assigned boundary.

Click below to automatically create authenticated accounts in Supabase for all unprovisioned Filtered (Private) students. (Unfiltered students are excluded because their papers are public in the Vault). Initial default password will be their Student ID (e.g. 20231700101).

Individual Student Password Reset

Reset a specific student's password back to their Student ID if they locked or forgot their password.

Advance all registered students globally to their next study year level (Year 1 ➔ Year 2 ➔ Year 3 ➔ Year 4). Year 4 students are strictly capped and protected (zero deletions). Use Revert to step all cohorts backwards by 1 academic level if needed. Both operations require typing Delete twice.

When exam papers are split and assigned to vaults, Academic Vault can send a webhook event directly to your n8n workflow to trigger student emails with 1-press direct access links.

Wipe out all uploaded exam paper PDFs from the Supabase papers storage bucket and reset the papers database table. Student accounts and registries will remain safe and untouched. Requires strict double confirmation typing Delete twice.
