Academic Vault is provided as an official digital repository designed exclusively for enrolled university students, departmental faculty, and authorized administrative staff. All papers, exam scripts, quizzes, projects, and assessment forms hosted on this platform represent protected academic records. They are made available solely to support legitimate educational objectives, including individual performance verification, course appeal documentation, scholarship submissions, and portfolio archiving.

Users are strictly obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of their assigned student credentials. Any attempt to bypass the authentication barrier, perform automated credential stuffing, execute unauthorized scrapers, or probe private student records will trigger automated client-side rate limits, IP logging, and immediate administrative investigation. The platform’s automated 5-strike cooldown mechanism is cryptographically enforced to defend student privacy against brute-force intrusion. The institution retains full intellectual property and governance rights over all uploaded academic assets and reserves the authority to revoke portal access for policy violations.
